Fair/Good condition - complete, flat and tight. It has average wear for this grade and there are no rips and no coupons cut out. There are tape stains on some of the inside pages (no tape, just the stains). It has been re-stapled at the top & bottom with smaller than normal staples. It also has some ripples throughout the book either from too much humidity or a little water damage.
